Change Your Address and Phone Number
To change your address, phone number, default hold pick-up location, or email address 24/7 use your online My Library Account. Simply log in, click on "Modify Personal Info" and change the appropriate lines. Click "Submit" to complete your transaction.
Sign-up for E-mail Notices or Change Your E-mail Address
Log on to My Library Account then choose the "Change Email" button.

Phone services for deaf and hard of hearing patrons
TTY telephone service is available by calling 303-235-JCPL (5275). This number is publicized in all JCPL publications. If you prefer to use the Colorado Relay service you are welcome to call any library location using the Relay (Dial 711). Our pay telephones are programmed for 711 service which enables a hearing person to call a deaf or hard of hearing person via the Colorado Relay.
